Dr. Ryan Lamp

Head Chiropractor and Company Founder

Dr. Ryan Lamp was born in Merredin, WA and moved to Perth before high school. He comes from a large family with seven siblings and seventeen nieces and nephews and one great nephew. He completed his chiropractic degree at Murdoch University and was in the inaugural cohort.

He started working in Mandurah before opening his first practice in Rivervale. He is now the owner of Rivervale, Bentley and Toodyay Chiropractic clinics.

He has a special interest in treating children and adults for:

  • Workplace injuries
  • Postural related symptoms
  • Sporting injuries including knee, feet, and hand injuries
  • Enhancement of sports performance
  • Injuries from motor vehicle accidents
  • Lower back pain and stiffness
  • Neck pain and stiffness
  • Arm pain, weakness and tingling
  • Leg pain (sciatica), weakness and tingling

Dr Ryan is passionate about helping all his patients.

Chiropractor

Born in Malaysia, he moved to Perth at the age of 10 and grew up in the Melville area where he developed a passion for health and fitness early in life. Dr Marcus graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Chiropractic with Distinction and the Chiropractic Australia Dux award. He worked in the south west before joining the Lamp Chiropractic team. On the side, he enjoys training in the gym, various sports especially soccer, photography and reading a good book.

Doctor Samara Klee was born in Germany and moved the Geraldton WA when she was 15. She moved to Perth when she was 18 to study Chiropractic at Murdoch University. Before working at Lamp Chiropractic as a Chiropractor she worked as a Chiropractic Assistant for 3 years. In her free time she enjoys playing netball and dancing. She has a special interest in treating patients of all ages for:

  • Workplace injuries
  • Postural related symptoms
  • Plantar Fasciitis
  • Tennis elbow and Golfers elbow
  • Enhancement of sports performance
  • Injuries from motor vehicle accidents
  • Lower back pain and stiffness

Joel is currently completing his 5 years of study to be a Chiropractor at Murdoch University. Before working at Lamp Chiropractic Joel worked at a variety of casual jobs. He has and still is a tennis couch for Wesley College; he previously worked in food and beverage at Crown Entertainment Complex and the Optus Stadium and in his summer break worked at the Rottnest General store. These jobs have taken place between his study at school and current university study. Outside of working and university, Joel loves playing Tennis and Aussie Rules Football. He is the son of Dr Ryan Lamp.

Cherie grew up in the northern suburbs of Perth and began working in the florist industry before relocating to Broome so her husband could pursue work in the aviation industry. Cherie worked in various positions before a Chiropractic Assistant job became available at Kimberley Chiropractic. After relocating back to Perth after starting a family she continued to work at as a Chiropractic Assistant before meeting Ryan through family in 2011. Cherie, husband Nathan and their 3 daughters view preventative healthcare as part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Karen was born and bred in Western Australia and moved to Toodyay over ten years ago. She loves the country life and thinks it’s a fantastic environment to bring up her two boys. She enjoys the outdoors and is out with her horse at every opportunity. She is always up for a chat and she hopes to see you all at the Toodyay clinic.

Annie Grew Up in Lancelin and spent her first 11 years living by the beach. She still loves the beach so much and every opportunity she has, you will find her there with my Golden and Curly Coat Retrievers. Annie started my working life in the Horticultural Industry and enjoyed it immensely, however due to an ongoing work related injury she re- trained and moved into Sales and Public Relations at a Sign Making Company. In 2020 she decided it was time for a change and applied for Lamp Chiropractic. She was looking to find a new path that involved meeting people and helping them. She loves working as a Chiropractic Assistant as it is both rewarding to help people and the people who come to see us are all so lovely. Oh and not to mention the staff who are all so wonderful.

Nicole grew up in Adelaide and went to Adelaide high school, along with a famous singer; Sai. When she finished school, she went onto university to study Geology. After University, the job prospects for Geologists were slim in Adelaide, so she packed up her things in her car and drove to Perth to find work. She landed a Job with Geological Survey Research within the Department of Minerals and has been in that industry working in Perth and as well as doing FIFO work. Since having her three lovely children, she has moved away from Geology and now runs a business called NY Events. This business organises and coordinated comedy nights, festivals and the like around Perth. In her spare time Nicole loves to support the arts; if ever you want an idea of what’s going on in Perth, ask Nicole, she’ll love to oblige.

Olivia was born in the UK, however, grew up in Perth. She is currently studying Exercise, Sport and Rehabilitation Science at Curtin University. Olivia enjoys working at Lamp Chiropractic due to the friendly staff and patients, which make Lamp Chiropractic a positive and healthy work environment. In her spare time, Olivia likes to go to the gym and enjoys going for coffee and coastal walks with her friends and Kobee, her golden retriever.
