Dr. Ryan Lamp

Head Chiropractor and Company Founder

Dr. Ryan Lamp was born in Merredin, WA and moved to Perth before high school. He comes from a large family with seven sibling and fifteen nieces and nephews. He completed his chiropractic degree at Murdoch University and was in the inaugural cohort.

He started working in Mandurah before opening his first practice in Rivervale. He is now the owner of Rivervale, Bentley and Toodyay Chiropractic clinics.

He specialises in treating children and adults for:

  • Workplace injuries
  • Postural related symptoms
  • Sporting injuries including knee, feet, and hand injuries
  • Enhancement of sports performance
  • Injuries from motor vehicle accidents
  • Lower back pain and stiffness
  • Neck pain and stiffness
  • Arm pain, weakness and tingling
  • Leg pain (sciatica), weakness and tingling

Chiropractor

Dr Michael Henderson grew up in West Swan on a small hobby farm and went to Guildford Grammar school where he developed his love of sport in particular cricket. Seeing people with back pain while playing sport as well as the aches and pains that go along with poor posture and sitting in front of a computer for long periods of time motivated Michael to become a chiropractor and learn about how the body works. He also has a great passion for music and plays violin, saxophone, piano and guitar. He completed his chiropractic degree at Murdoch University. Some of his best chiropractic memories include treating staff and artists at the Southbound and Blues and Roots festivals and treating at a free mobile clinic in Tom Price and the surrounding remote communities.

He is trained in treating children and adults for:

Dr Kate-Lyn lived in Bridgetown as a child and did her high school and University in Perth. She previously studied nursing before switching to become a Chiropractor and completed the 5 year double degree at Murdoch University. Dr Kate-Lyn has been working for the Rocky Bay Foundation for the past 7 years as a carer and still has a commitment one day a week to them.

Lori

Clinic Manager

Lori grew up in New Zealand and moved to Perth in January 2014 with her partner. She received her first Chiropractic adjustment from Dr Ryan after experiencing low back pain from having a predominantly seated job. She has been passionate about Chiropractic ever since and when the opportunity of a job came up she jumped at the chance to work with such a great team. She has always been interested in health and wellbeing and outside of work she enjoys working out, cooking up a storm and catching up with friends. Her aim as the clinic manager is to create a happy welcoming environment within all clinics.

Cherie

Clinic Manager

Cherie grew up in the northern suburbs of Perth and began working in the florist industry before relocating to Broome so her husband could pursue work in the aviation industry. Cherie worked in various positions before a Chiropractic Assistant job became available at Kimberley Chiropractic. After relocating back to Perth after starting a family she continued to work at as a Chiropractic Assistant before meeting Ryan through family in 2011. Cherie, husband Nathan and their 3 daughters view chiropractic treatment as instrumental part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Karen

Receptionist

Karen was born and bred in Western Australia and moved to Toodyay coming up ten years now. She loves the country life and thinks it’s a fantastic environment to bring up her two boys. She enjoys the outdoors and is out with her horse at every opportunity. She has been receiving Chiropractic care since she was a child as have her children. She is always up for a chat and she hopes to see you all at the Toodyay clinic.

Ziba

Receptionist

Ziba was born in Perth, Western Australia and has been here all her life. She is currently studying Molecular Genetics and Biotechnology at Curtin University and will move on to studying Pharmacy after. Ziba has always had a passion for health sciences and enjoys that Lamp Chiropractic makes people feel good mentally and physically. Ziba and her partner were treated by the talented Chiropractors at Lamp Chiropractic and knows first hand what the benefits are and how much her body and her partner's body changed for the better after their treatment plan.

Mira

Receptionist

Mira grew up in Bunbury, Western Australia, she moved to Perth to attend University. She is currently midway through studies at Murdoch University to become a Chiropractor. Mira is very caring natured and wanted to be a Chiropractor since experiencing chiropractic personally from a very young age. In her spare time, she enjoys playing a lot of sport, she plays loves being outdoors and regularly plays beach Volleyball, Swimming and Netball.
